Its not a News anymore as regards the activities of the deadly sect members in the North-Eastern part of Nigeria. Heavy Gun battle was experienced on saturday evening in Maiduguri in terms of Explosives and gunfire.
Maiduguri, The Borno State capital was under heavy battle between the Nigerian Military and The Dreaded Islamist Militant (Boko-Haram). The Military have been attacking Dailori and Walonri Villages just on the outskirt of Maiduguri from 7:23pm up till late in the Night.
Students of University of Maiduguri ran for their lives especially those at 202 Housing Estate due to the development on ground. heavy gunshot were also heard around these students hostels.
A 300level student simply identified as Hauwa Ba'na of political science dept said that "panicks is everywhere within the students in the hostels due to loud gun shots heard.
A civilian Joint Task Force confirmed the attack to SaharaReporters, He said "we are under attack by boko Haram. There is heavy fighting with military in dalori and wanori"
The Military will continue to fight back boko Haram until peace is being restored.
